Since 1949 The Harva Company, Inc. has set new standards for excellence in quality, dependability, and commitment to both customers and employees.

As a third-generation, family-owned business, our adherence to the principles set by our founders Harry and Virginia Kintz continues to be rewarded by our many quality awards, by the loyalty of our customers and by the dedication of our employees.

Susan Kintz McGiver joined the company in 1977 and was joined by her daughter, Amber McGiver, in 1992. Today Susan is Chief Executive and Amber is Operations Manager.

They recognize their employees as the company’s most valuable asset and strive to provide a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include Health Insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Employees and their families have free access to a fully equipped gym. A lunchtime walking club gives participants an extended lunch break.
